HR Manager (28 to 32 hours per week)

Function
As HR Manager at RoboPharma in Waalwijk, The Netherlands, there are great opportunities to contribute to the growth of the organization. The foundation of HR has been laid, and you have the chance to further professionalize it into a modern HR policy.
In this role, you act as the team leader of the HR department. Together with the other team leaders of the organization, you form the management team of RoboPharma Netherlands and the team in the UK. You manage the HR employee and the recruiter and are yourself hands-on, helping the employees, department, and organization in the professionalization process we are undergoing. In addition to integrating and modernizing various HR processes, you are the connecting factor that values participation highly. Clear and pleasant communication, both orally and in writing, is a quality you gladly employ here.

Responsibilities
Core activities include all tasks related to the inflow, throughflow, and outflow of personnel. In this versatile role, you are responsible for your team and for matters such as working conditions, development and training, onboarding programs for new employees, pension and insurance, legal matters, employment contracts, main goals and job descriptions, sickness and absenteeism, performance appraisal and reward, sustainable employability, trends and developments, improving work processes, recruitment, and guiding knowledge workers. HR in its entirety! In addition to good internal collaboration, you have frequent contact with the HR manager of Capsa Healthcare, our parent company, to streamline processes where useful and realistic.

What Do We Ask?
You are an HR Manager who remains firmly grounded even in complex situations. You bring positive energy and know how to motivate people and connect teams. Additionally:

You have an HBO (Higher Vocational Education) level of work and thinking, preferably with a completed HBO Human Resources education.
You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience; experience within a technical organization is a plus.
You possess excellent social and communication skills.
You have a good command of both the Dutch and English language.
